Feedly Friday is a weekly round-up of manga-related links from my Feedly/RSS reader and around the web.

Justin was fairly busy at last weekend’s New York Comic Con, evidenced by his numerous write-ups over at OASG. Write-ups include “A Conversation With Senior Brand Manager at Crunchyroll, Tiffany Chen,” “Gen Manga and Talking About The Manga Industry With Robert McGuire,” “Why They Think It’s Worth It To Buy Manga: Publishers and Fans Side,” and finally “The Three Things That Actually Made This Year’s NYCC Great, and Not So Great.”

If you haven’t caught up on all of NYCC’s manga licensing announcements, Lori Henderson has a great round-up of Yen’s licenses, including my beloved Emma. Viz Media also licensed a couple of new series, including current fan favorite Tokyo Ghoul.

Also super interesting news from NYCC: Vertical announces a manga and prose imprint split with the Vertical Comics line. I’m particularly glad to see Ed mention that currently running Vertical series will retain the previous Vertical logo for consistency.

House of 1000 Manga over at ANN has had two great write-ups recently: one about a lesser known Titan manga, the other about a should-be-better-known Corpse Delivery Service.

Just in time, Ash looks at manga line I’ve been curious about for months, Udon Entertainment’s Manga Classics line. Les Miserables manga-style, anyone?

Over at The Beautiful World, Foxy Lady & Neko look at the anime and manga that had an impact on us.

I love when people ask about trim sizes, and Seven Seas gets two: one about their new “seven licenses in seven days” releases (full write-up here) and the other about the upcoming Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer. Seven Seas also reveals office copies for the first Lucifer omnibus.

Over at Manga Bookshelf, Melinda shines a light on shoujo fantasy classic, Basara.
